No hidden charges 

With our simple pricing structure we believe our prices are fair and straightforward, unlike other contractors all our charges are clearly priced. Our clear pricing policy means you can work out how much we are going to charge you before we tell you. We also offer a 12-month guarantee so you can rest assured you'll be happy from the moment the work is completed. 

If you get several quotes for a job, as you should, be careful about what you pay. If you get a quote for a really low daily rate like £60, then expect the unexpected. There are tradesmen out there who will charge you a low initial price and you may have hidden extras, which will be asked for at the time of payment. 
 

Job rates

We have a flexible pricing structure for our domestic customers which is as follows:

Prices are given on an hourly basis rather than per job. Unlike other companies we offer a one-hour minimum charge. Small jobs, up to 3 hours - First hour rate is £40, and each subsequent hour £25

Many customers book half a day (4 hours) and we work through your list of jobs for £100.

For a full day we charge £180. This way we can repair or install multiple things for you as well as keeping your costs to a minimum.

'Mini-projects' that may take 2 or 3 days, we also charge at £180 per day, dependant on the complexity of the job.

For bigger projects taking a week or more, we offer a fixed price quote and an estimate can be provided - simply contact us and we will arrange a suitable time to visit.

For Saturdays, emergency call outs & evening work we charge a 25% premium. We do not charge VAT, as we are not VAT registered. If there are parking charges they will be borne by the customer. 
 

Payment

We accept cash, bank transfer or cheque, usually paid on finishing the job. We do not ask for cash up front except perhaps on a really large project as it helps our cash flow. On completion, we provide you with a proper invoice with a 7-day payment period.
 

Materials Used 

All the materials used will be billed and clearly listed on your quote or invoice, and are charged at cost trade prices. We also offer free advice on what to choose if you want to buy items yourself. We can get trade prices and can pass some of the cost saving on to you. If you have your own material that’s ok we will be happy to use them.
 

Rescheduling and or cancellation policy

If you need to cancel please help us by giving us at least 1 working day's notice, otherwise we may have to charge you the standard first hour charge.
